Tu nie ma co zgłaszać bo PayPal Ci nie pomoże ani nic nie zrobi. Jedyne rozsądne rozwiązanie to po prostu ignorować i nie dać się nabrać na super oferty. Szkoda nerwów zwłaszcza że jest tego coraz więcej .
