Tak, wiem, Wikipedia to żadne źródło.
Nigdzie nie pisałem, że cały silnik jest/był ceramiczny. Ale wiem, że tłok był - w ramach prób i eksperymentów. I to właśnie ze względu na niską ścieralność ceramiki no i oczywiście na praktycznie pomijalnie małą rozszerzalność termiczą a co za tym idzie - szczelność. Oczywiscie nie w 100% produkcji.
Ale skoro nie rozwijali tego widocznie coś szło nie tak i teorie o niezniszczalnym silniku z ceramiki można włożyć między bajki.
